CAROL YOUNG
Co-founder of Young Associates, Carol is passionate about all things Moroccan and, in particular, Tangiers. Carol has a wealth of agency experience having been an agent in both London and the south west of France, she is keen to bring the level of professionalism and service that Bordeaux & Beyond, Young Associates's sister company, is reputed for in the South West of France to agency in Tangiers.
Helen is the co-founder of Young Associates. She has been an estate agent for the past 10 years and been assisting international buyers and sellers throughout France via our sister company, Bordeaux & Beyond. Her communication skills and ability to assist clients in all manner of situations are exemplary. Although a relative new comer to Tangier she has a passion for the city and its way of life.
Joe is passionate about property and incredibly knowledgeable about Tangiers, so he is ideally placed to help you find your next property. He has a background in education and sales, ensuring that he is willing to listen and work diligently for you until he finds your perfect property. Joe is all about people and prides himself on his excellent standard of client care; before, during and after your visits. Graduated from hotel management with a passion for real estate, particularly for his hometown of Tangier. Thanks to his experience and training, he helps his clients make informed real estate decisions while being attentive, empathetic, honest and transparent. Zakaria Zaidi, who also has experience in the real estate field, studied Moroccan private law in French, which guarantees a smooth real estate transaction. He is also a passionate historian of Tangier. With years of experience in both the real estate sectors, Zakaria has acquired a wealth of expertise in the Tangier area, making him the perfect person to help you buy or sell a property. Chaymae holds a law degree and has a diverse professional background. She began her career as a sales agent before transitioning to the quality and verification department, showcasing her adaptability and attention to detail. Her passion for exploration led her to spend two enriching years in China, teaching English and broadening her horizons. Hailing from the north, Chaymae possesses an intimate knowledge of her city, which complements her exceptional client skills. Her unique perspective adds invaluable depth to our sales team.
Indira has completed a bachelor degree in marketing and is delighted to focus her knowledge and talents on promoting property in Tangiers.

As an Agent Commercial for Young Associates you will be asked to source property, take photographs and write marketing details. You will analyse your clients’ search criteria and select the best properties for them. Then you will organise and schedule visits, present properties and assist in collating a comprehensive dossier to present to the Notaire. You need as a minimum excellent French and English, have a car and be motivated. Previous experience it not essential but desirable.
